HACCP leade: More Load Added

Hello, everyone! I hope you are well and happy.So, How's life? HAs it been good? Well I hope so.

For today's blog, I would like to share this overwhelming news for m, becoming the HACCP leader with allof its heavy responsilibities.

Photo above shows th slide presented by my colleague; it was the same tiim e I learned I will be appointed as the leader of the group. By the way, this meeting was our Operations Monthly meeting that took much of my time and energy, it only happens every month but I happen to be the secretary and every month, I had to make the Minutes of meeting and it was draining but no, I don't ask AI to help me with it eve though it'd hard.

I didn't complain, I didn't budge and only accepted the reality that it could happen and changed my perception thinking they think I could do it and that it is a great opportunity that I can have and carry my whole life.I just hope that you know, the hearsy about the additional pay will beimplimented oon.

The OMM minimum hours of meeting was 3 hours and since it only happens once every month, I sometimes takes 6 to 7 long hurs plus the HACCP meeting should be added in the last parts. Since it was a very long and tiring event, or plant manager provides us lunch and to lessen the budget hich comes from his own wallet, he asks his wife to do the cooking for us to have free foods.

Look at us very hungry and it was very fun because I brought corn as as substitute for rice and I never thought that everyone wants it and we got very full.Thanks to Manager for his generosity.

But before lunch happened, we caught a glimpse of my crying colleague because she didn't have a salary increase but son she understood that the proposed salary increase was still fot approval and probably be implemented by July. It takes too long, my boss didn't follow what the government tells but yeah, all we can do was to be patient.

You see, working at private companies are a bit you know, I didn't have teh words for it but to those of y uwhose boss are not generous enough, We're on the same boat.

Oohm it'd midnight already yet my husband hadn't come home yet. He texted me they will be on the way soon and I am very sleepy already but I didn't want my sleep to be disturbed when he comes home soon and wakes me up to open the door.

He'd been refereeing a basketball game for the one ay league and he told me his Les were already sahaking due to tiredness and fatigue.
