Manduk aasan
Mandukasana (Frog Pose) is a seated yoga posture that helps improve digestion and strengthens the abdominal organs. To perform it, sit in Vajrasana (kneeling position), make fists with your hands, and place them on your abdomen near the navel. Gently bend forward while pressing the fists into the stomach, keeping your back straight. Hold the position for a few breaths, then slowly come back up.
It help us to make strong stomach and give strength. It improves abdomen problem.
