This pose is best for upper body it gives strength upper body. Thread the Needle is a gentle yoga pose that deeply stretches the shoulders, upper back, and neck. In this pose, one arm slides underneath the body while resting the shoulder and head on the mat. It helps release tension, improve spinal mobility, and relax the mind.
