Camel Pose, also known as Ustrasana, is a deep backbend yoga posture that stretches the entire front body and strengthens the back muscles. Begin by kneeling on the floor with your knees hip-width apart and thighs perpendicular to the ground. Place your hands on your hips, gently pressing your hips forward while keeping your spine long.
