Inner thigh opening Exercise


This exercise helps stretch and tone the inner thigh muscles. Stand straight with your feet wide apart, then slowly shift your body weight to one side by bending that knee while keeping the other leg straight. It improves flexibility, activates the inner thighs, and can help in toning the area.
