Art Request #2 - Goddess

This content contains spoiler for those who haven't watched it yet.

Good day everyone. I would like to share you another art request from a friend. The second art request that was asked was Elizabeth Liones from the anime 'Nanatsu no Taizai' or also known as 'Seven Deadly Sins'. No other details were explained by the requester as long as it is Elizabeth Liones.

Elizabeth Liones is a brave and courageous character. That is where I get the idea of the character's pose. When I was watching the anime, it turns out that she is a goddess and I wasn't what her power is so I searched for her ability that would look cute in the illustration.

The work was done on IbisPaintX using my fingers for about 5 hours.

Below are the process for this artwork

Sketch

I used 'Dip Pen (Soft)' with 1.0 thickness for the sketch. You can see that there are two clothes present at the sketch because I was picking Elizabeth's appearance between her as a Goddess or as her reincarnation.

Lineart

I used the same brush for the lineart which is 'Dip Pen (Soft)' but with 2.0 thickness. Same thing as always, the details are done on lineart. I also picked Elizabeth's reincarnation because of the color of the clothes.

Base Color

Then the base color so I can visualize what kind of coloring I should do.

Skin

I hid the other layers so I can focus on doing the skin. I have two layers for the skin (the base and the shade) so I can move freely and avoid messing up. After putting those shades I uses 'blur' tool to soften it.

The same thing was done on the blouse, skirt, ribbon, and hair

Background

Lastly is the background which is the part I enjoyed the most. I matched the background to the color of the blouse but darker. Then I used the 'Clouds (Real)' brush. Finally, I applied 'add' blending mode to another layer and used 'airbrush' tool for the glowing parts.
