How much time do we spend looking for excuses to stay trapped in the same thoughts that keep us stuck?

Well, that's how I've spent these first five months of the year...taking refuge in complaints and justifications, only to get the same result. In the end, it's always the same words: "When I'm ready," "As soon as I have this," "First I need that." In short, they're such common phrases that they eventually become a part of you.

I don't know how many times I told myself that this was going to be my year, and although I've had many achievements (for which I'm very grateful), I feel I can go much further. I'm even completely sure that I can work incredibly hard on my personal projects and give 200%, just like I do at my job, which is someone else's personal project.

Today, as we approach the halfway point of 2026, a project came to me that I want to develop precisely because I'm certain it will change the lives and mindsets of many people...

And step by step, day by day, I will build it because I deserve to fight for my dreams... even if I don't feel like it, even if I don't have the resources, I will start with what I have without stopping... to get where I want to be...

As a Cuban woman, getting ahead and fighting is what I do best; it's not about surviving, it's about living with purpose...because even though you only live once, if you live it well, one life is enough.

¿Cuanto tiempo pasamos buscando excusas para quedarnos encerrados en los mismos pensamientos que nos mantienen estancados?

Pues asi me he pasado estos cinco primeros meses del año...refugiandome en las quejas y en las justificaciones solamente para obtener el mismo resultado.
Al final siempre son las mismas palabras
"Cuando este lista" "En cuanto tenga esto" "Primero necesito lo otro"
En fin, son frases tan comunes que llega el momento donde se vuelven parte de ti.

No se cuantas veces me dije que este iba a ser mi año, y aunque he tenido muchos logros (por los cuales me siento muy agradecida), yo siento que puedo llegar mucho mas lejos,incluso estoy completamente segura de que puedo trabajar muchísimo en mis proyectos personales y dar el 200% como lo doy en mi trabajo, que es el proyecto personal de alguien más.

Hoy, a punto de llegar al Ecuador del año 2026 se me ocurrió un proyecto que quiero desarrollar precisamente porque tengo la certeza de que va a cambiar la vida y la mentalidad de muchas personas...

Y paso a paso, dia a dia lo construiré porque me merezco luchar por mis sueños...aunque no tenga ganas, aunque no tenga los recursos, comenzare con lo que tengo sin detenerme...para llegar a donde quiero estar...

Como mujer cubana que soy , salir adelante y luchar es lo que mejor se me da ,no es cuestión de sobrevivir, es cuestión de vivir con propósito...porque aunque la vida es una sola, si la vives bien,con una es suficiente.
