SHARE WITH WORK FRIENDS - COMPARTIR CON AMIGOS DE TRABAJO | ENG - ESP

Today I was present at a talk we had at my workplace. It was a very enjoyable moment because in addition to listening to the information they had to give us, we also had the opportunity to share with the whole team.

The team in charge prepared a delicious suckling pig (I had never eaten a suckling pig that good), accompanied by bread and soft drinks. There were also "sandwiches de miga" and before that we had some "mates".

Before eating they highlighted a vital topic for any business, they talked to us about values such as: respect, honesty, integrity, responsibility, trust, among others.

The same was done, since there was a small inconvenience a few days ago with some workers and they had to take drastic measures with them. Obviously, they do not want this type of situation to happen again, therefore, the reason for the same.

Hoy estuve presente en una charla que tuvimos en mi sitio laboral. Fue muy ameno ese momento porque además de escuchar la información que debían brindarnos, también tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir con todo el equipo completo.

El equipo encargado nos preparó un rico lechón (nunca había comido un lechón así de bueno), acompañado de pan y gaseosas. También había "sandwiches de miga" y antes de esto tomamos algunos "mates".

Antes de comer destacaron un tema vital para cualquier negocio, nos hablaron de valores tales como: el respeto, la honestidad, integridad, responsabilidad, confianza, entre otros.

La misma fue realizada, ya que hubo un pequeño inconveniente hace unos días con unos trabajadores y tuvieron que tomar medidas drásticas con ellos. Obviamente, no desean que este tipo de situaciones vuelvan a ocurrir, por lo tanto, el motivo de las mismas.
