Infurno fan art

Hello, hive folks and holozing community.

I would like to share my fan art and the process of how I created it.

The subject I chose is Inferno because I like its elements, I also have a fondness for dogs, and I find it captivating.

Using a pencil and paper, I begin my process by sketching the pose and arranging the elements of my subject. This way, it's easier to make changes and erase anything I want to modify.

After sketching my subject, I take a photo with my cellphone and import it into the Autodesk SketchBook app. Once successfully imported, I start the digitalization or digital art process.

Using the imported sketch, I trace the outline, also known as lining, capturing the details and boundaries of the elements. This becomes a guide for the next step – coloring.

Once the subject is outlined, I efficiently color it with plain colors. This technique works well for me in the coloring process.

Then, I add shadows, especially in the darker areas. I also darken some lines with a lighter color to enhance depth and dimension.

At this point, I decide to add a background to my work. Typically, I add backgrounds towards the end, but there's no strict rule – it can be done at the beginning or the end, depending on preference.

Next, I focus on adding other details, particularly emphasizing the fire on Inferno, making it more dynamic and vibrant

Lastly, I add highlights. Highlights are crucial for subjects like this, as they give a polished touch to the artwork.

That concludes my process. I hope you appreciate my work. Thank you, and until the next art session!
