Hola amigos de Hive Open Mic. Cómo cada semana es un placer poder participar y compartir con ustedes nuevas canciones. Para el tema de la semana, después de pensar en muchas opciones, elegí este tema c que a todos nos ha hecho bailar y gozar de lo lindo. "Cachita "es una canción del emblemático músico puertorriqueño Rafael Hernández. Yo ,cómo muchos , supongo, pensaba que está canción era cubana por su ritmo y su picardía en la letra. El jibarito como también se le conoce s este autor, vivió en la Habana entre 1920 y 1925 donde trabajó cómo músico y seguramente bebió de nuestra sabia. Además de que se dice que Cuba y Puerto Rico son de un pájaro las dos alas ,y es que nos parecemos mucho, en la sabrosura, la alegría y el amor por la música. Cachita es sin dudas una canción muy alegre, contagiosa y su letra nos dice que Cachita está alborotá, y ahora baila el cha cha chá. Para la mayoría de los latinos estar alborotao es estar eufórico,en una manera positiva, listos para el disfrute y según mi opinión Cachita quiere bailar y quizás quiera algo más...¿Qué creen ustedes?😉

Hello friends of Hive Open Mic! As every week, it is a pleasure to be able to participate and share new songs with you. For this week's theme, after considering many options, I chose this song, one that has made us all dance and enjoy ourselves so much. "Cachita" is a song by the emblematic Puerto Rican musician Rafael Hernández. I, like many, I suppose, thought this song was Cuban because of its rhythm and the mischievous lyrics. El jibarito, as this author is also known, lived in Havana between 1920 and 1925, where he worked as a musician and surely absorbed our wisdom. Besides the saying that Cuba and Puerto Rico are two wings of a bird, we are very similar in our flavor, joy, and love of music.
