Being the moment of truth when one can sit and give one self without shames or guilts, no comparing, no expectation, no this is the ultimate-here you must be... Now a days to exist is something almost obligatory, social media, chatting systems, cheap airplanes, phones in constant try to hook u from all places anytime... Is it worth?

Experiences, people, conversations, videos, documentaries, books, audios, movies, places, etc... ALL FOOD!! YOU ARE A CHILD!! Like in ones own plate witch is life, one chooses what one takes in and how... (adulthood=free choice.... nothing else, the rest are alchemical compositions of our persona and soul stamp) but for this one must be previously aware of what is being placed as options, many times one must even be ahead from what is just about to happen to be able to avoid in ones own will... still this is the skill a true observer reaches after long royal loyalty to the eye, not many has it, but more like a very great sense of imagination... Otherwise is but the mind cooking and making you scared. "Protect your self!! you are a child"... but, then... I understand why one must leave the trust from the mind and give it to something higher, and TRUST in a bigger scale... "Nothing that causes fear, is true" (specially when its claimed to be in the name of love...)
From all side will the contrary power try to filter in, jet when the heart is aware of frequencies, it will signal the intrusion of bad seeds rapidly...
