Las primera ves que hago galletas de chocolate no me gusta desperdiciar material por eso siempre voy guardando todo en mi teléfono me gusta aclarar esto por se que muchos se pueden fijar en las fechas ☺️ pero a veces me tomo tiempo en otras cosas

Estás galletas las quise preparar ese día porque estaba viendo unos en la plataforma tik tok y quise ver si realmente me salían aprovechando que justamente tenía los ingredientes el cacao que utilice era el savoy

No coloco las cantidades exactas porque realmente lo hice a riesgo ya que en el vídeo tampoco me daban las cantidades y me falta agregar le un huevo está fue de receta como aprendizaje

Ya aqui empecé con las manos fue colocando y colocando harina hasta que ya la masa no se me pegaba de los dedos y fuera manejable para hacer pequeñas bolitas

La masa me quedo muy muy dulce simplemente con probarla sin estar cocinada ya empalagosa pero aún para darles otro toque las quise pasar por azúcar para que se vieran bien bonita 😁😁✨✨

Otra cosa que aclarar las prepare en sartén y se esponjaron bastante y eso que ni levadura les coloque😁😅 estás son experiencias de la cocina ,pero eso sí me quedaron riquísima aunque muy dulces igual el sabor a chocolate no lo perdieron
