Hello everyone! Today I bring you a new fan art of Holozing, but this time with a special combination. I wanted to merge it with the Forest Healer and Cinelara, a fantastic creature inspired by a ladybug 🐞🌱 I have already drawn this Healer and the others, just like the creatures from Holozing, several times before, but this time I experimented with new ideas and details.
Here I share the step-by-step process with you, ohh yes yes I recorded a video, but to show you the process of some parts, I made some GIFs :
I started with a loose sketch to capture the pose and essence of the character. I focused on maintaining Holozing's energy and expression but added details inspired by Cinelara.
After being somewhat happy with the initial stains, all that was left was to refine the idea. For that, I used some lines, making sure the silhouette worked well and to finish the sketch without too many details—that part would come later.

Applying the main flat colors without worrying too much about details or shadows. In this case, vibrant shades of green, red, and gold were used to define the clothing and hair, highlighting the essence of both characters. .
In this part, you can see how the application process went. I used a couple of brushes, but honestly, I don’t worry too much about it since I only use one or at most three, and that’s a lot. I worked on this entire drawing in a single layer, as it feels the most comfortable for me.

After placing the base colors, I added some soft general lighting. As I mentioned, everything was done on a single layer, so any adjustments or highlights affected the entire drawing. I used some adjustment layers, which I later merged to unify everything.
I wanted to achieve a balance between elegance and fierceness, playing with organic details in the armor and a vibrant color palette. At this stage, I have already worked on lights and shadows to add more volume, highlighting the texture of the materials. There are still some details to refine, but the essence of the character can already be felt.
