Bluzelle is decentralized database service for Dapp developer. But Bluzelle don't use blockchain.  Conventional blockchain manage data by using all node. Bluzelle divides all node into some groups and assign data to each group.

Bluzelle makes "sharing economy" by utilizing blockchain, sharding, partition.

About managing data

Bluzelle applies original consensus algorithm to swarm layer. So, leaf swarm which store part of data makes consensus in local. The leaf swarm interact with other swarm and become impartible minimum unit which store data. Every leaf swarm can process request related to data correctly.
