Materiales:.- Malojillo, Semillas de Cilantro, Hoja de Mala Madre

El malojillo es conocido tradicionalmente como una planta milagrosa, con propiedades analgésico, antiinflamatorio y antiséptico. Muchas personas la usan para combatir el resfriado, la tos y hasta el asma, además, de combatir dolores menstruales, para malestar estomacal y, unido a otras plantas como la Mala Madre y la semilla de Cilantro sirve para desinflamar la próstata, los riñones y otros órganos.
Malojillo is traditionally known as a miracle plant, with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Many people use it to combat colds, coughs and even asthma, as well as to combat menstrual cramps, stomach upset and, together with other plants such as Mala Madre and Cilantro seed, it helps to reduce inflammation of the prostate, kidneys and other organs.
Así mismo, la mala madre tiene efecto antiinflamatorio, antidiabético, antihistamínico, anticanceroso antialérgico y para la úlcera estomacal. Por otra parte, la semilla de cilantro actúa como un diurético, antioxidante, depurativa, fortalece el sistema inmunológico.
Likewise, the bad mother has anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antihistamine, anti-cancer, anti-allergic and stomach ulcer. Moreover, coriander seed acts as a diuretic, antioxidant, depurative, strengthens the immune system.
Modo de Preparación
Mode of Preparation:
1.-Colocar en una olla, cinco a diez macitos de semilla de cilantro, tres a cinco ramas de malojillo y dos a tres hojas de mala madre.
1.-Place in a pot, five to ten clumps of coriander seed, three to five branches of malojillo and two to three leaves of mala madre.
2.- Agregar medio litro de agua, hervir por cinco minutos.
2.- Add half a liter of water, boil for five minutes.
3.- Luego se deja reposar hasta que esté totalmente frio, servir y tomar como té.
3.- Then let it rest until it is completely cold, serve and drink as tea.
