Trip to the vat 🍵
When we were in the Carpathians we went for a steam bath in a vat 🧖🏼‍♀️.
A vat is a big bowl of water. The water is heated by a fire 🔥 and the water in the vat is heated. The approximate temperature of the water is 40 degrees. But you can regulate the heat of the water. There is a special tap with water 🚰 from where you can grind cold water if the temperature in the vat is very high.
Steam in the vat for 5 minutes, then cool down in the river or in the shower. Well you can still do it in a pool if there is one.
In the bath mostly after the steam bath you dip in the pool. But or there is a special wooden bucket 🪣 in which you pour cool water and pour it on yourself.
High Adrenaline.
I like steaming in a vat more than a bathhouse.
I like lying in warm water and the air is frosty. Very cool, I suggest you try it too.
