You can't see them in this photo, but there were some dolphins playing in the river today, right between where my ears are! (You can see a few boats hanging out near where the dolphins were, right on the horizon). Dolphins normally live in the ocean, but because the Swan River in Western Australia is coastal/tidal, there is a pod of Indo-Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins that swim up and down the river.
They didn't get close enough for me to see this time, but I sure had a fun time chasing my stick and splashing around!
