¿Cuál es la preparación?/ What is the preparation?⬇️
👩🍳 Paso 1: Lo primero que hice fue picar la carne en trozos ni tan grandes ni muy pequeños, seguidamente sazone con adobo, sal y salsa de soja, luego mezcle todos los ingredientes hasta integrar por completo. Deje reposar unos minutos para que se concentraran los sabores.
👩🍳 Step 1: The first thing I did was cut the meat into pieces that were neither too big nor too small. Next, I seasoned it with adobo, salt, and soy sauce, then mixed all the ingredients together until they were thoroughly combined. I let it sit for a few minutes so the flavors could develop.
👩🍳 Paso 2: Por otro lado, pique varias papas lavadas y peladas para que su cocción fuese mas rápido, al momento de estar blanditas las triture y agregue sal, mantequilla y leche al gusto para hacer el puré.
👩🍳 Step 2: Meanwhile, dice several washed and peeled potatoes so they'll cook faster. Once they're tender, mash them and add salt, butter, and milk to taste to make mashed potatoes.
👩🍳 Paso 3: La carne que había dejado reposando la sofríe con un poquito de aceite, mientras que por otro lado pique en tiras pimentón y cebolla, también ajo en trozos pequeños, al momento en que la carne terminó de sofritarse retire, y en ese mismo aceite agregue todo lo que había picado luego de tener una buena cocción agregue la carne y removí hasta integrar por completo los sabores.
👩🍳 Step 3: I sautéed the meat that I had set aside in a little oil, while separately chopping bell peppers and onions into strips and mincing garlic. Once the meat was done sautéing, I removed it from the pan and, using the same oil, added all the chopped vegetables. After they were well cooked, I added the meat back in and stirred until the flavors were fully blended.
¡Y de esta forma en casa tuvimos una deliciosa carne con puré de papa! / And that's how we ended up with a delicious steak and mashed potatoes at home!👩🍳🤤⬇️
Esta combinación es una gran opción suele ser muy práctico al momento de hacer algo delicioso y fácil de hacer, además de variar un poco el tema de comer arroz, el puré de papa es un acompañante perfecto, el cual no necesita mas nada.
