It is all about Bitcoin
Dear all steemians, I read recently that the proposed ETF was postponed because of the US Government shut down but the US Government has reopened although temporarily for three weeks, I think it is high time the ETF comes to be if they are serious to regulate Bitcoin and Crytocurrency. I think if the ETF is passed and it comes to effect, it will help bitcoin stability and the price can be determined easily than it is fluctuating at any slightest twist in the market, what do you think?
