Today we will be taking a look at the Catalyst Stroke paddle.
it is a paddle that I have also used. It is great for training because of how light it is
The Paddle comes in 7 sizes I personally have the red one ( M size ). as you go to the largest size you get more speed in each stroke but as you pick the smaller sizes it gives you more technique. I personally recommend it. it is really comfortable and light It is also customizable with it giving enough holes for you to choose what type of fit you want.

With all that send I recommend if you're starting out I would recommend the red one it is just right for an average swimmer
