FORGIVING IS A BLISS
It is said that forgiving is a joy because although infinities of people theoretically affirm it, it almost always remains pure theory or pure words because really the difficult thing is to do it is to say to practice forgiveness as God establishes it, to truly forgive from the heart.
Psalm 32
32 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, and his sin covered.
2 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not blame iniquity,
And in whose spirit there is no deception.
3 While I was silent, my bones grew old
In my moan all day.
4 For day and night your hand was heavy on me;
My greenery became in the dryness of summer. Selah
5 I acknowledged my sin to you, and did not hide my iniquity.
I said: I will confess my transgressions to the Lord;
And you forgave the evil of my sin. Selah
6 For this every saint will pray to you in the time when you can be found ...
8 I will make you understand, and I will teach you the way you should walk;
I will fix my eyes on you.
(RVR1960)
This psalm describes the joy of forgiving and examining our hearts, since hiding sin and trying to hide its consequences leads to feelings of anguish and often greater sins.
Accepting what God says about sinful behavior and genuinely turning away from it will allow God to freely forgive us so that we too can forgive others.
In addition, this beautiful psalm describes the happiness of the human being whose sins are forgiven by God's grace and it is truly a joy to know that we can be forgiven by God without human conditions that can stop it, there is no transgression that prevents grace and mercy. of God can forgive us.
God's forgiveness makes us immensely happy to live a full and free life because if we confess our sins he will forgive us and make us understand, he will show us the way we should walk.
Our God will fix his eyes on us
