Lisbon, Portugal
Lisbon is the capital city and the largest city in Portugal with a population of around 500,000 people. It is located on the Atlantic coast and is known for its charming neighborhoods, vibrant nightlife, and rich history.
The city is famous for its stunning architecture, including the Belem Tower, the Jeronimos Monastery, and the National Palace of Queluz. The city’s narrow and winding streets are filled with colorful homes, vintage trams, and lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants.
Some popular tourist attractions in Lisbon include the Alfama district, the Gulbenkian Museum, the Lisbon Zoo, and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Lisbon is also famous for its traditional music called Fado, which can be heard in many restaurants and bars throughout the city.
Additionally, Lisbon is a great destination for foodies, with plenty of fresh seafood, traditional sweets, and famous wines like Vinho Verde and Port wine.
