🥇 Belfast Zoo, NI - Certainly Worth A Look by
This building is a real oddity in the Zoo, it's been there since I was no age and made my first Zoo visit and still remains derelict to this day. Looks like there are now plans to renovate and restore it to it's former glory and perhaps use as an entertaining space within the zoo grounds to eventually raise revenue for the zoo. Watch this space I guess..

🥈 Yazilikaya Rock Reliefs - The Hittite Open-Air Temple - Turkey by
According to one theory, Yazilikaya was the main temple where spring festivals and religious ceremonies were held. In those days thousands of people probably flocked here. Priests performed rites and the rocky walls adorned with depictions of gods formed a grand backdrop for these mystical ceremonies. They transformed the mountain pass into a massive openair temple where the boundary between the human world and the world of the gods faded away.

🥉 Waimea Canyon: the Grand Canyon of the Pacific on Kauai by
Last time I was on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, I missed the opportunity to drive up to Waimea Canyon. The rain and low clouds had settled in by the time I was there. So this time, it was high on my list. I was there with a film crew, getting material for an UnCruise Adventures promotional film for a new land-based extension for our Hawaii cruise. After coming with us on a seven day expedition cruise to the Big Island, Maui, Molokai, and Lanai, guests could then opt to fly to Kauai for an extra five night package. We needed to get all of Kauai's best attractions and adventures for the promotional film, so our first stop was the famous Waimea Canyon.
