Inspiration or Imitation?

Today, it is not hard to create a logo for a client that you may think its original, only to find out later that the same symbol was already used for a company elsewhere in the world.

There are three reasons why a designer would make such a remarkably similar logos:
A. The designer was not creative
B. The designer was lazy
C. The designer was unaware he is making the same logo
