New Shine for BTC?

After the bouncing back and forth btw ~9900 and 8700 is this the time for it to shoot. How do people see the potential of its original blockchain comparing to the new altcoins that still angel their way to be a good real ones? A lot of those which claims to solve the future problem could just grind and await the rise when the situation come.. we would see them through your own judgement or the distortion of the market transparency.
