In September 2021 the Winter Bears NFT project was founded by Nushi, GumptionBear and Ophidian. What followed were many successful attempts of consumer fraud, ultimately scamming thousands of people for millions of dollars spread out over several months and two additional projects.
The purpose of this article is to serve as an overview of this fraud case, listing a series of articles in which all the evidence is neatly presented. Each article covers a single felony or other potential crime that has been committed by the Winter Bears founders.
The evidence series
There is a substantial list of felonies and other potential crimes committed by the Winter Bears founders, many acts of consumer fraud were committed across the three projects that they've launched: Winter Bears, Summer Bears, and 3D Bears.
