My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2024

Bike ride from Barnsley to Castelford and back. I was originally intending to bike to Leeds but I got lost about five times so Castleford will do for this ride lol. The weather was kind to me though and I got a good workout by keeping the e-bike in Eco mode for the majority of the ride. I accidentally entered a bog on the return journey, so managed to get muddy and slippy pedals on the way home but this amount of mud was nothing compared to Doncaster, it was all good.
