Visual path

Today was a normal day, like any other, a typical Saturday with sunshine and a few clouds peeking through. But I managed to take some photos, mostly of the little details I see around the city, things that might be of interest, like a simple sign for a restaurant that looks abandoned but still has its facade, and a huge inflatable for a beer called Solera. It's a well-known beer here in Venezuela. Can you imagine if that were a real beer? It would be crazy! But hey, that's the marketing strategy businesses use here.

All of this is part of what I call a visual journey. As I walk around the city, I come across these images, as well as the typical sign for a $1 coconut, but in US dollars, which is the currency in my country. Of course, we have a currency here called the Bolívar, but due to economic problems, this country has practically dollarized to some extent. But it's become the norm; people here have trouble doing calculations in Bolívares anymore.

So, this was part of my journey today, a path that enriches my visual vision, in this search for details to continue learning how to compose. That's the premise I always have when taking photos.
