Postcards from a city
Today I'm sharing these photographic postcards of the city of Puerto Cabello in Carabobo state. These were taken during my last visit to a city I don't really like, but it's always been a place where I've done some work. It does have its charm, though, like admiring certain facades with their interesting architecture and its streets, as well as enjoying the view of the sea.
Well, what I don't really like is that coastal cities have never appealed to me, even though I grew up in cities like Coro and Punto Fijo in Venezuela. I've always preferred cities with mountains, forests, or rivers. But in the end, it's about appreciating what you see, and as someone who loves photography, you try to capture every possible scene.
I hope to return to Puerto Cabello someday, perhaps to revisit some places I haven't seen before and see everything from a different perspective.
All photographs are my own.
