Sunday continues
Well, today, Sunday, I wanted to go out for a while to take some photos, although I only took pictures around the area where I live. As you know, in my country, Venezuela, we're still in a state of uncertainty, and we don't know what we might find on the streets, so it was best to stay close to home. And it wasn't so bad, actually. You can find a lot of vegetation and countless birds and flowers all over this area; it's all part of the local vegetation.
So my focus was on each of those details of nature itself. This whole area was almost deserted; you could barely hear the sounds of nature, between birds singing and even the sound of the wind. Very few people are going out these days, and well, Sundays are usually quieter in this city and where I live. But I hope that this week I can go out all over the city as has always been part of my routine.
As you can see in my photographs, I wanted to compose with a matte finish, but without losing the balance of colors in each of the subjects shown. For me, this matte style softens the images, balancing the stronger tones in the subjects.
All photographs are my own.
