WATP #21 Reward - Benito receiving his HBD49.517 + HIVE2

Hello #Hive!

Time for Benito's #WhoAreTheyPhilippines reward giving!

The #WhoAreTheyPhilippines or #WATP initiative consists of randomly finding a person to interview and feature in a post. After 7 days, when the post payout and all the contributions have been tallied, we go back to that person and hand him/her over the reward. A few days later, we post the video of that moment.

Benito's HBD + HIVE Reward

Benito was the feature of WATP #21. The author's reward came in last Wednesday.

So here is the breakdown for his reward:

Both amounts converted into the local currency were 2,371.86 + 166.08 = PHP 2,537.94 so it was rounded up to PHP 2,550 to make it easier.

A few hours after the payout, and assisted by @discoveringarni, we went back to his place to hand over the money. The week before, during the interview, when asked what he would do with the money, Benito answered that he would buy rice. We decided to do that for him and added an extra 5kg bag of rice to his reward.

Benito wasn't surprised to see me again. After all, I did promise that I would be back a week later. Because it was raining, we gathered inside his hut where we were quickly joined by his daughter and a flock of kids. Even though he is not very expressive, it was obvious that he was happy and thankful.
