이번달부터는 헬스도 시작
지난달까지는 수영만 했었는데 이번달부터는 헬스를 시작했습니다.
근처에 동사무소가 지난달까지 공사를 해서 1월부터 하고싶었는데 못했었죠. 동네에 그 흔한 헬스장 하나...있는데 다 개인PT만 한답니다.
어쩐지 헬스장이 작더라구요.
어쨌든 어제부터 갔어야했는데 등록만 해놓고 어제는 안갔습니다.
올 여름은 정말 멋진 몸매로 보낼수있기를...!!
