Happy Monday, athletes and advocates of a healthy lifestyle! We’re staying active with this DApp, ACTIFIT, for our physical and mental well-being.
Today I went for a walk to clear my head, because there are always challenges. Luckily, we should always look for ways to unwind and relax—and what better way than an evening walk?
The weather looked threatening, but luckily it didn’t rain in this area, so I put on some very comfortable, lightweight clothes and walked to the “Feliz Lalito Velasquez” sports center—it’s absolutely wonderful.
This atmosphere, with so many athletes around—I’d missed this place. I was supposed to meet up with a friend, but she couldn’t make it because of work. I walked all the way to the top and went around three times; it felt good. Then I walked all those kilometers back home, too.

Hoy salí a una caminata y despejar mi mente, pues siempre hay dificultades, por suerte debemos buscar siempre herramientas para despejar y relajarnos, que mejor que una caminata vespertina, el clima estaba amenazando por suerte no llovió por este sector, así que me vesti con ropa muy cómoda y ligera, camine hasta el polideportivo "Feliz Lalito Velasquez" es súper maravilloso este ambiente donde hay tantos deportistas, extrañaba este lugar, quedé con una amiga pero ella no pudo llegar por trabajo, subí hasta la parte de arriba y dí tres vueltas, me sentí bien, luego me vine a casa también caminando todos estos kilómetros. Espero que el mes de Agosto me traiga más alegrías que quejas. Hasta aquí, mis amigos aventureros de Actifit.
