I'm a lover of great food and a major fan of Japanese. So it was a delight to call into Zen Belfast on Saturday night. If visiting Belfast ..Zen is a must. fantastic service overseen by one of the best managers in the business Alex Yosh. Zen is owned by the fabulous Eddie Fung who is a wonderful entrepreneur who pioneered the first Japanese in the City. Looking forward to seeing him at the Chinese New Year celebrations in Feb.
My dinner on Saturday was tuna sashimi, Ikura and Sakura.
I first discovered Japanese in Australia and at one point wanted to open my own sushi train in Belfast.
