It's the time on the year when thousands of Sadhus will be gathered in the capital of Nepal.
It's none other than Pashupatinath Temple which will celebrate Shiva Ratri !
Few years earlier on that particlar day, people would smoke weed for free during that day but now the government has banned it due to the excess drawbacks of it.
Shiva Ratri is a day, which we believe that Lord Shiva was born.
I will be there as well on that particular day.
