There is some scheduled downtown later today for the Hive account@we-are bot (I'm getting fibre installed). So, the Hive account@we-are will be offline for a few hours. I'm lowering the minVP so that the voting accounts don't cap-off VP during the downtime. I'll reset everything back to normal once the bot comes back online. The bot does replay the blockchain, posts made during the downtime will get found, as will be upvoted subject to normal policies.
