Its summer now in Philippines. And Filipinos has different way how to fight the heat. They go to the beach and ofcourse Sama-lamig desserts. And one of the filipinos favorites is Halo-halo.
Halo-halo is a mixture of shaved ice and evaporated milk to which various ingredients are added, including boiled sweet beans, coconut, sago, gulaman, tubers and fruits.
