Fortnite Cross-Play Experience

Fortnite on mobile has been a blessing for players who do not have a console or a powerful enough PC. With the introduction of Fortnite mobile Epic Games added cross-play between Console/Mobile/Pc.

The feature works just as expected, it is smooth but when you are on mobile it is one of the most infuriating gaming experiences I have ever experienced. Playing against PC players when on mobile it is almost impossible to get kills.

PC players have the upper hand in almost every situation, they are better at shooting, they can build 100 times faster than you, they also have farther render distance which means they can see farther than you.

The only advantage that mobile players have is that on the screen you can see what direction the chests are and you can also see what direction footsteps are coming from.

In my opinion cross-play is a nice feature to have but if you have a console or pc you should definitely take that option instead of playing on mobile with PC or Console players.
