Qtum Testing Network Release Conference @Shanghai 6.28
I was luckily to be a witness as a blochchain‘s fan to attend the Qtum testing network release conference yesterday.
Qtum is a POS-based intellect contract which can combine the BTC and ETH。 Also it is only a small organization，it can run as 7*24 for the volunteer participating all over the world.
Three projects present their plan to delivery the ICO based on the Qtum Network:
VEVUE: an APP for the photographer to share there work which can solve the copyright problem according the blockchain technology.
MediBloc：an App to help person to manage their own healthy data. This is a Korean Team.
Energo: a P2P Producing & Transaction Network for Distributed Energy (mainly for solar energy ）
