Actifit At Work

It has been quite a while since I have used actifit. The reason being is that when I would go out for a walk my app would not record the whole trip. I'm not sure if it was because my phone would time itself out and go black or what the reason was.

Today I decided to try it again and was a bit worried I would get the same results as before... ...but it seems like there may have been an update sometime in between because it recorded me making over 5000 steps at work and this was not even a full shift.

I work 7 a.m to 4 p.m. I am not sure what time I opened up the app but I am surprised at the amount of movement Iake at work.

Maybe I will try this again but start it before I get to work.
