The Mr. DIY Trap: We Walked In for One Thing, And We Left With Everything 😆

Have you ever walked into a store to look for 1 thing and ended up buying a bag full of items? 😂

Well, that always happens to me when I shop at Mr. DIY.

A few days ago, my husband accidentally broke our desk mirror. Since we are planning to go to the supermarket, we will also drop by Mr. DIY. For those who do not know, Mr. DIY is a home improvement and lifestyle store with its popular motto "Always low prices". Compared to other stores, Mr. DIY is well lit, well-organized, and fully air-conditioned; that's why it's convenient for me to shop there.

As we entered, we were greeted by a display of cute keychains and hair accessories. I don't really need one, but I grabbed a marble-designed hair clamp. 😆

We needed a mirror, so we scoured all the shelves in each aisle.

I don't know why, but we also checked the kitchen aisle. 😂 There were nice pans and kitchen tools.

I grabbed a frother because I suddenly felt the need to have one. 😆

I noticed some cute mugs in different colors and designs, but nope, I don't need them. I have a lot of cups and mugs already.

I need a mirror, not a mug 🤣

I passed by the stationery and crafts aisle. There was some cute stuff.

Oh my!!! I've been looking for this big pencil. I saw this from one of my students, and I wanted to have one as well.

BUT 🤚 I NEED A MIRROR! Not a BIG PENCIL 😜

So, I just grabbed a few cute stickers for my nieces 😂

I looked around and saw more nice and cute stuff like this mouse and night lamps. 😍

After a few minutes, tada!!!

Finally, a MIRROR 😍

Phew! I found what I need. I can finally pay and go. uuuhhhmm 😝

I saw my husband with a basket full of stuff. 😂

There was a small fan, a pack of cute pens and markers for our daughter, and a ladle- yes, a ladle. 😂

That's the reason why some people say Mr. DIY is a scam.

Look at us, we just need a mirror, but we ended up bringing home kitchen tools, hair accessories, a fan, markers, and more.

And I really wanna buy that BIG PENCIL. Should I go back and get it? 🤔😂
