Gridcoin banner back on BOINCstats

BOINCstats needs no special introduction on this tag - it's the most popular website for BOINC-related statistics with its own forum and BOINC account manager. Many of us now active in Gridcoin community have been recruited by clicking on the Gridcoin banner on BOINCstats (me included).

Well, the good news is: our banner is back there, for more than a week now (since 08DEC). And since it's a direct deal with BOINCstats admin, we managed to make it undetectable by AdBlocker. So yes, even if you have AdBlocker turned on, our banner will still get displayed in your browser.

According to Google Analytics, 309 BOINCstats users have clicked on Gridcoin banner since 08 DEC, with a bounce rate of 54.62%. That's a quite low bounce rate in online advertising, meaning that visitors take some time to browse www.gridcoin.us after they click our banner (i.e. they don't 'bounce' by leaving immediately).

The banner will be live there until 22 DEC (2 weeks in total) for a price of €275 paid to BOINCstats admin via PayPal. After 22 DEC, we'll continue with advertising on BOINCstats through Google Ads which is easily blocked by AdBlocker, so not as effective, but can be adjusted to a mere $2-3 per day (7-12 clicks) for a slow but steady inflow of users, in accordance with the New Marketing Initiative (which allows for $20 per day to be spent on Google Ads).
