Today I'm going to tell you about my experience at Hangout restaurant, they specialise in smash burgers, located in the Plaza de España in Zaragoza (Spain)

¡Buenas! Hoy os voy a contar mi experiencia en el restaurante Hangout, se especializan en hamburguesas tipo smash, se sitúa en la plaza de España en Zaragoza (España).

I came to this restaurant to try a burger that caught my attention, the Lotus Burger and as they say themselves on the menu: Is it a burger? Is it a dessert? You decide... It's a double smashburger (180g) with double American cheese, baconcrunchy, lotus cream and lotus crumble.

Yo vine a este restaurante para probar una hamburguesa que me llamo mucho la atención, la Hamburguesa Lotus y como dicen ellos mismos en la carta: ¿Es una burger? ¿Es un postre? Tú lo decides... Es una Doble smashburger (180g) con doble de queso americano, baconcrunchy, crema de lotus y crumble de lotus.

At first glance the ingredients may seem shocking, but the combination is brutal. I loved the taste, everything is in harmony, I took the risk to try it and it was also the most expensive on the menu. And thank goodness I chose it, it was the right choice.

A primera vista los ingredientes pueden impactar, pero nada mas lejos la combinación es brutal. El sabor me encantó, todo está en armonía, me arriesgue a probarla además era la mas cara de la carta. Y menos mal que la elegí, fue todo un acierto.

The restaurant has a very successful underground urban style décor, with bricks adorning the walls, along with neon lights and graffiti-style paintings.

El restaurante tiene una decoración muy acertada estilo urbano underground, los ladrillos adornan la pared, junto a los neones y las pinturas estilo grafitti.

I forgot, the burgers come with fries, but you can order starters to share such as chips and salsa, chicken wings and nachos.

Se me olvidaba las hamburguesas vienen acompañadas de patatas fritas, pero se pueden pedir entrantes para compartir como patatas fritas con salsa, alitas de pollo y nachos.

I highly recommend you to try this restaurant if you have the opportunity, I am a burger lover and I try to try all the specialised restaurants in my city. Every day the burgers are more elaborate and use high quality meats such as beef matured for many days, this enhances its flavour and gives rise to magnificent burgers, the bread although it seems silly is very important, for example the brioche type breads of potato flour and butter are great.

Os recomiendo encarecidamente probar este restaurante si tenéis la oportunidad, yo soy un amante de las hamburguesas e intento probar todos los restaurantes especializados de mi ciudad. Cada día las hamburguesas son mas elaboradas y emplean carnes de gran calidad por ejemplo de ternera madurada por muchos días, esto potencia su sabor y dan lugar a magnificas hamburguesas, el pan aunque parezca una tontería es muy importante, por ejemplo los panes tipo brioche de harina de patata y mantequilla son geniales.
