The first step

So, one day one decision changed everything in an instant. Our lives began to change from hour to hour. Everything we used to live, breathe, be happy with, and enjoy gradually began to leave us, dissolving into time like a melting ice cube in the palm of my hand. It was this that prompted my even more rapid movement toward a parallel world, measured by numbers and described by lines of code. At first my mind was plunged into panic, the desire to run and hide did not leave me, but I had to move on and find the strength to go out into the world, which at first glance was still the same.
