Times Change & So Does Money

This house had a price reduction from $1,150,000 to $1,048,900 and prompted me to preview it today. Rancho Palos Verdes 4 bedroom 3 bath and nearly 1900 sq. ft. of living space on a 14,000 sq. ft. lot and I believe it's priced fairly. Based on comps it's only 25k over what a similar house sold for in October 2020 which it not the normal markup up these days.

The topography is rolling hills, unfortunately this home does not come with a view and that's what I am after. The house on the top of this hill located in the backyard has the view I want, I would prefer and ocean view but this is east view of Los Angeles which is cool but not as cool as the ocean.
