Foldable Food Container for Reducing Plastic Waste

Hello Buddies...

This is a continuation of the minimalist lifestyle I've chosen. Besides minimizing the number of items I own, I'm also trying to minimize waste. I'm still learning to reduce waste—even if it doesn't affect my neighborhood garbage collection fee, I'm still trying. One way I'm doing this is by purchasing a foldable food container made of silicone. I bought this foldable as a way to reduce plastic waste and food waste when eating out at restaurants or anywhere else.

The foldable food container I purchased is from Sustaination, a local brand that prioritizes sustainability. I had previously ordered a snack bag before this one. What attracted me to this container was its soft pink color and rectangular shape. Made of silicone, it has a soft texture. This food container is also an effort to reduce plastic use.

Since using this food container, I've never bought lunch at a local food stall using plastic or paper wrapping. This has helped me reduce the amount of waste in my trash can.
