Durian Custard

Here I made some delicious durian custard. For those of you that don't know what Durian is it is a fruit that is native to South East Asia. I bought some that are already cut up and everything. The fruit is known for its unusual order and strong taste. It's a very polarizing fruit that people either love it or hate it but it's definitely worth a try.

The ingredients I used were

2 cups durian flesh

one full coconut (both coconut meat and water)

Two tablespoons of lime juice

Half a tablespoon of vanilla

Here I mixed all the contents in a blender
I blended for 20 seconds

Now here I put the custard in a bowl and served it with fruit and cinnamon.
