This took me far longer than originally expected - but now it is finished!

Well, that sort of "finished" where you realize that you are only making things worse if you continue tweaking it :-).

I have been carrying around the "idea" of this EP and the way I would like it to sound since summer last year but couldn't find the time or ease to actually get it done.

Until now :-).
