Help me get motivated and active. I’m getting old 🥲

Hey guys, this is the first time uploading to 3Speak and using the app! I decided earlier today on a whim to do this vlog because I realise how I’m getting older and my reflexes aren’t so good anymore, I’ve got wrinkles, I’m sluggish and most of all I don’t really have a goal in life!
