Lately I have Felt...

drained by the parasites
and distracted by Miss Leading, trying to cast a spell on me
(probably Love Potion No. 9)

I have also felt distracted by the weather ( both the rain and the sun ) and having serious highs and lows in energy

distracted by the crypto markets ( not that strange as I have been being pretty much all-in in crypto, since Mid 2017 ( aside from having owned a house between 2018 and 2021 )*

*distracted by the voices in my head aka 'the other monsters'

(nothing new to me).

In all honesty, I have also
relaxed
and tried hard
to do less.

For instance
by watching the clouds drift by.

I have felt inspired by their monsterly shapes

I also marveled at nature and the landscapes around me, on a daily basis

You gotta love the power of Spring!

and then, yesterday afternoon, I reset my mind, taking a plunge in still super fresh water, after my niece gave me a sand/mud treatment ( to assure that I would submerge myself in the water and not just put my long legs in.
